Third Chakra Reiki Healing

"Reiki the Japanese healing art was developed by Dr. Usui in Japan in the early 20th century. Many health care professionals accept Reiki as a complementary therapy that may lower stress, promote relaxation and possibly help to help reduce some types of pain." http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/…/complemen…/therapies/reiki

What seems to be one of the most beneficial aspects of Reiki is the tender, loving care and the mindful attention a Reiki practitioner gives to their client.

This morning, as I went to check my email, I found a link from one of Enlightened Mommas' beloved contributors, Tai Batov with a little note, "I love you. I trust all is well."

For me, friends who trust that all is well in me and know that I am whole, I am complete and I do not need to be fixed...these are my truest and dearest heart-centered friends because I know that they see all of me. We can always offer our blessings and love from a space of non-attachment and simply, sharing, for the love of sharing. Tai has a wonderful way of sharing her gifts and light from a space of what the Buddha describes as "non-attachment." She shares from a space of love over ego.

And this my friends, is what Enlightened Mommas is all about...

There are many masters, many paths, many ways of being and a billion and one ways of sharing our love for one another. Enlightened Mommas was founded on the principle of LOVE.

Above all else, love one another.

Often rigid rules and expectations block us from sharing, expressing or being who we truly are. When we share with someone the emotions or feelings that are present with us, often the one who is receiving this information falls into an ego pattern of thinking that the person who is experiencing the upset or pain needs them to fix it for them. They find great power and strength in seeing themselves as the victor and all-knowing one who can hop into the ring of fire and pull us to safety.

Sometimes people genuinely do need help or guidance but so often when people share matters of the heart they are in reality attempting to connect by sharing what is present.

I once listened to a very wise teacher share his experience of learning about the deep matters of the spiritual mind and heart. At first, he wanted to go out and save the world with his new found knowledge. Until he asked his guru, "Whom should I help first?" His guru said, "Whomever asks."

So often, when we share what we are feeling, we are only in need of someone to see us hear us and to love us. When a friend shares a vulnerable matter and we jump in to save the person by offering advice, even though that is not what they needed, this can relate to a Third Chakra that is out of balance.

"The third Chakra " is called Manipura, which means “lustrous gem.” Located around the navel in the area of the solar plexus and up to the breastbone, it is a source of personal power and governs self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation. The Manipura chakra also controls metabolism and digestion." http://www.chopra.com/ccl/find-power-and-warrior-energy-in-your-third-chakra

By tuning in to the subtle clues of our body's energy system with positive intentions and insights, we can create a more balanced and harmonious way of being in the word.

And so it is with my great pleasure, I get to share Tai's Reiki blessings with you.

You are whole, complete and loved. Everything offered is to remind you of that truth.

If you are new to Reiki or the healing arts, you might be wondering, "What do I do with this video? Do I just sit here and watch it?"

You can, but I recommend you click, sit up tall, imagine Tai is with you in person, take a deep breathe in and a deep breathe out. Continue to practice conscious, full belly breathing.

Listen to her share about the third Chakra.

Contemplate: Are there areas in your life where you are dependent on other people's opinion or ideas about who you are? Are there areas in your life where you feel powerless and at the mercy of material matter? Do you jump in to fix others even when they don't ask for your assistance?

Be open to the information that comes forward. Then, as Tai Batov sends the blessing, close your eyes and let the words soothe your soul.

Many Blessing! Enjoy the journey!
